What type of items are available?

Auction items include stunning artwork, private shopping sprees, wining & dining, getaways, and other amazing experiences.

There are also items available to “Buy Now”. These items are available to the first person to pay the full amount.

And lastly, keep an eye out for “Donate Now” items. The Gallery Ball benefits youth outreach and education programs at WAG-Qaumajuq. So please consider making a donation.

Why do I have to provide my credit card information to bid?

To ensure the safety and authenticity of all offers, we require registration of a credit or debit card.

Is my credit card information safe?

Your card information is stored with Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

How do I pay if I win an item?

By providing your payment information in advance, we are able to charge your card automatically when the auction ends and you are declared the winner.

What if I don’t want the item I bid on and won?

In fairness to all participants, by bidding on an item you are agreeing to paying that amount if you are the highest bidder.

What if my payment doesn’t work?

If your payment fails when charged, unfortunately the item will be awarded to the next highest bidder.

Where do I claim my item?

As each auction closes, the winner will be notified by email. If you win an item, it will be available for pickup the evening of the Gallery Ball on the first floor of the WAG by the Muriel Richardson Auditorium.

I’m not attending the Gallery Ball. Can I still bid and win?

Yes! We encourage all gallery supporters to participate.
